Sanjiv has occupied pivotal roles such as CEO, COO, CGO, Managing Director, as well as PEX and BEX leader, demonstrating his proficiency in both manufacturing and service domains within upstream operations, oilfield services, drilling, completions, and automotive components. With an MBA and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, Sanjiv has guided numerous Black Belts and Green Belts through transformative business projects, achieving up to multi-fold growth in revenue and booking, not to forget 5 green field plant/business setups.
